The building is part of a biotech park planned entirely by Mochly-Eldar, from master plan to architectural design of all buildings. The park includes six buildings with overall area of approximately 150,000 sq.m.

Built area: offices and hotel – 26,000 sq.m.; labs, pilot and logistics – 35,000 sq.m.; entrance building and visitor center – 500 sq.m.; insulin generation factory – 42,000 sq.m. The park also includes another factory and auxiliary structures – 50,000 sq.m.
