The project is a residential complex for graduate students, mainly from abroad, who come to study at the Weizmann Institute. The project includes a variety of residential units, ranging from studio apartments for individuals to accessible units, as well as 2 and 3 room apartments for young couples.

The complete complex is accompanied by developing Kipnis Blvd. that will connect the new neighborhood to the Weizmann Institute, allowing for quick and easy pedestrian access. As part of the complex design, additional supporting functions were developed, such as a kindergarten, laundromats, classrooms and meeting spaces, a children’s’ playground, and a small square for social activities. The project generates a platform for creating the Institute’s young scientists’ community.
