Repurpose and renovation of the Sun (Shemesh) Tower for research laboratories housing advanced Genomics and proteomic equipment. Upon emptying the Tower, construction of the project will begin – all while maintaining the concept of the original building (designed by Arch. Moshe Harel) and expanding usable areas significantly.
