Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in education and research and the training of future leaders by providing educational programs which combine academic study with practical hands-on training, innovative thinking and community service.

The project is made of four buildings containing student housing and amenities. This dormitory offers accommodation as an affordable alternative to expensive private rental accommodation near the university.

The 12,000 square meters project is built in 6 story buildings and contains around 80 units to house over 300 students. The units are arranged in the traditional “Liwan House” scheme: the common central space is the heart of the apartment, all rooms are arranged around it.

The building’s interior design uses a varied color palette made of soft neutral colors, inspired by the nearby beach and the sea, to convey calm and peace.

The combination of multiple shades of one color introduces complexity and richness while keeping visual peacefulness.
